Unbane Inc. ("Unbane," "we," or "us") provides voice-first work orchestration solutions for construction teams. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies ONLY to your Business and Personal Information collected through our Sites. This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to: (i) our voice-first work orchestration platform services, including voice recording processing, AI-powered transcription, construction log generation, or any other platform features provided to construction companies and their employees; or (ii) third-party Sites linked from our site. All platform services are governed exclusively by separate Master Services Agreements and related terms between Unbane and our construction company customers. If you are using Unbane’s platform services as an employee or contractor of a construction company, your use is governed by your employer’s agreement with Unbane, not this Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using our Sites at unbane.com, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. This agreement to the Privacy Policy applies only to Sites visitors and does not create any rights or obligations with respect to our platform services. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which govern your use of our website and contain important contractual terms including limitations of liability and dispute resolution.
